About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure smooth communication between internal teams and valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Assist with dispatch procedures as needed
  • Process quotes, cash sales, and customer orders efficiently
  • Reconcile invoices and handle general administrative duties with attention to detail
  • Maximise sales opportunities by providing great service and follow-through
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication between sales, operations, and customers

You are an enthusiastic and tenacious team player who thrives in helping customers, solving problems, and ensuring seamless operations. You excel under pressure and take pride in your attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, retail sales, or sales administration roles
  • Background in building, construction, or manufacturing is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers and stakeholders
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office, with SAP and CRM knowledge being a plus
  • A safety-first mindset and a team-oriented approach
