Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration of company warranties for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) to align with organizational financial and operational objectives.
  • Support service and parts departments on warranty matters, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Develop and implement standardized warranty claim processes across all locations, promoting efficiency and consistency.
  • Monitor equipment records for extended and special warranties, identifying potential expiration risks.
  • Process parts and service warranty claims, verifying charges for service work performed at various locations.
  • Collaborate with Service Managers to ensure Product Improvement Programs (PIP's) are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Maintain accurate inventory management of NMQ Special Tools in Service for Cervus ANZ, minimizing stock discrepancies.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in service department operations, with a strong understanding of service software and warranty systems.
  • Proficiency in creating, analyzing, and interpreting internal reports to inform business decisions.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in warranty processing.
