We have been helping the local communities of Ballarat and beyond for 45 years with our high-quality security solutions.

Administration duties will include assisting staff with the following, but not be limited to:

  • Managing incoming calls and emails - directing customer enquiries

  • Ordering, monitoring and packing stock for priority customer orders (including warranty claims and returning of stock to suppliers)

  • General staff amenity duties and administration (including staff inductions and licensing checks)

  • Assist front staff with customer enquiries and job service coordinator as required

  • Assist Accounts with debt collection, receipting and invoicing as required

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Previous office and administration experience (over 5 years)

  • Strongly skilled in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent written and oral communication and ability to take customer calls

  • Mature, confident in your abilities and flexible

  • Able to work autonomously or as part of a team

  • High attention to detail and ability to work methodically and accurately

  • Current National Police Check and Working with Children's Check
