Manage warranty processes to align with company objectives.

About the Role

Provide support for service and parts departments on all warranty matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement standardised warranty claim processes across locations.
  • Monitor equipment records for extended warranties and track expiration dates.
  • Process parts and service warranty claims, checking charges for service work performed.
  • Collaborate with Service Managers to prevent expired Product Improvement Programs (PIPs).
  • Ensure compliance with non-returnable service parts policies.
  • Regularly communicate warranty status to departmental management.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in Service Department operations.
  • Knowledge of service software in dealer business systems and Deere Warranty system.
  • Able to create, analyse, and interpret internal reports.
  • High attention to detail.
