Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple sites, leading teams and driving business growth.

  1. Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to practice managers and lead veterinarians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  2. Client Satisfaction and Patient Care: Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure that patient care is consistently high quality.
  3. Financial and Business Management: Oversee financial management, including budgeting and forecasting, as well as business development initiatives.
  4. Brand Custodian: Ensure that our brand values and standards are upheld across all sites.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum five years' experience in a business management role, preferably in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage people, including employee relations, change management and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and confident reporting abilities.
  • Qualifications in business management or human resource management are desirable.
  • Experience within the veterinary industry is an added advantage.
