Job Title: Site Management Leader

This is a unique opportunity to lead the structures team and manage large floor plates with a jumpform system.

About the Role:

  • Manage and coordinate trade operations on site, ensuring effective resource allocation and timely completion of tasks.
  • Implement and enforce occupational health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate site logistics, including material delivery and resource management.
  • Ensure adherence to plans and specifications, monitoring project progress against set targets.
  • Develop short-term programming and collaborate with the team to meet budget and time constraints.

About You:

  • A stable career history within the construction industry, with experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong Structures experience is essential, with proven expertise in managing trade operations and implementing OH&S policies.
  • Experience working with jumpform systems and managing high-rise construction projects is highly desirable.
  • Foreman experience with a reputable company would be an advantage, as well as a strong understanding of construction project management principles.
  • The ability to work to and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of integrity and honesty.
