The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Structural Site Engineer with a strong background in post-tensioned (PT) and reinforced concrete (RC) structures within high-rise buildings. You'll play a critical role in ensuring structural integrity, managing on-site execution, and driving engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee PT and RC works to ensure structural stability and compliance.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to coordinate construction plans.
  • Use Procore or Aconex to track project progress, maintain documentation, and facilitate communication.
  • Conduct structural analysis, risk assessments, and site inspections to identify challenges and implement solutions.
  • Provide technical support to the site team, troubleshooting engineering issues to keep the project on track.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in PT & RC structures on high-rise buildings (essential).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail & ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Procore or Aconex (preferred).
  • Must have local experience & be an Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident.
