About the Role

As a Retail Customer Service Officer at Australia Post, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our retail network. You will be the face of our brand, providing personalized service to millions of customers each year.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering queries in a professional and courteous manner
* Manage high-value transactions accurately, handling cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS
* Conduct and process identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews
* Promote our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising, and other promotional activities
* Assist customers with mail lodgements and associate costs
* Build rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs

About You

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will need to have experience in customer service and/or cash handling, and be fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift.
