Position Overview

In the role of Client Relationship Executive, you will take charge of nurturing and expanding client partnerships within the logistics and warehousing domain. This position involves overseeing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and collaborating closely with various internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in logistics, outstanding communication abilities, and a proven history of successful account management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary senior contact for designated clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engaging with key executives and stakeholders.
  • Assess client requirements and deliver customized logistics solutions.

Account Growth and Development

  • Identify avenues for service expansion and revenue enhancement from existing accounts.
  • Formulate and implement strategic account plans to meet growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to attract new business.

Service Delivery and Performance

  • Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely and precise service delivery.
  • Track and report on account performance metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Promptly address and resolve any client issues or complaints.
  • Inform internal teams about upcoming projects for quoting and execution.

Contract Management

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Oversee contract renewals and extensions.

Financial Management

  • Monitor account budgets and financial outcomes.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to clients and management.
  • Draft and present quotations as necessary.

Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and customer service.
  • Engage in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Provide assistance to the customer service team as required.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the logistics or warehousing sector.
  • Strong grasp of logistics and supply chain management principles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
