Job Title:

An accomplished Human Resource Business Partner sought to drive organizational success by developing talents and coaching business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop workforce planning strategies, provide employee relations consulting, talent management, succession planning, and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between employees, managers, and supervisors to solve complex problems effectively.
  • Design regular process improvements in response to changing circumstances and management needs.
  • Analyze personnel costs and efficiency, partnering with Total Rewards and FP&A to ensure market competitiveness and business value decisions.
  • Establish effective communication with functional areas and influence peers to meet objectives.
  • Counsel and mentor employees at the management level, requiring analysis and interpretation skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 10 years of experience in Employee Human Resource Management/HR Business Partnering.
  • Experience working in multinational companies, particularly in oil & gas, energy, or mining sectors.
  • Ability to analyze compensation and benefits.
  • Proven leadership skills to coordinate multiple projects and influence teams.
  • Organized approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
  • Local legislation, industrial awards, Union, EBA, or CBA experience is advantageous.
