Job Description:

As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential services to our clients in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include general housekeeping and personal care tasks, ensuring our clients maintain their independence and wellbeing.

You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care and support, making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

  • General housekeeping and making beds
  • Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors
  • Washing, folding and ironing laundry
  • Meal preparation and grocery shopping

Additionally, you will provide personal care services, including assisting clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as helping them manage medications and maintaining their physical and mental health.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 months experience in a similar professional role
  • Experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence and insured, roadworthy vehicle
