About this role

Support and guide a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.

This role involves:

  • Managing project quality registers, tracking tools, and dashboards
  • Assisting with the updating, maintenance, and implementation of quality systems documentation and training
  • Coordinating and planning QA audits
  • Assisting with internal auditing and the registration and investigation of non-compliances
  • Providing advice and reports to the QA Manager or Project Manager on documentation, operating procedures, working instructions, and other records related to quality practice
  • Assisting with training the team on all aspects related to the UGLMS
  • Participating in Quality Management meetings and discussions as required
