Austmix Concrete is currently seeking reliable and motivated Concrete Batchers to join our teams in Pinkenba, Burleigh Heads, and Tivoli. Whether you're an experienced batcher or ready to take the next step, we offer great support, flexibility, and career potential.

Your Responsibilities

  • Operate batching systems to produce high-quality concrete

  • Process and manage customer orders

  • Schedule and dispatch concrete deliveries

  • Coordinate raw material deliveries and manage stock

  • Maintain site and yard cleanliness and safety

  • Operate front-end loader and forklift

  • Perform manual handling tasks and assist with general plant duties

  • Supervise contractors as required

What We're Looking For

  • Concrete batching or dispatch experience (essential)

  • White Card (essential)

  • Front-end loader ticket (desirable)

  • HR Licence (desirable)

  • Strong commitment to safe work practices

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • Physically capable and willing to work some Saturday mornings

  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work well in a small team

  • Availability for night shifts (Burleigh Heads only)
