About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at TikTok, focusing on Measurement Solutions in LATAM markets. As a key member of our product marketing team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for our ever-evolving Measurement and Ad products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Measurement Solutions in LATAM markets, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with sales teams to drive adoption and revenue growth, and work closely with technical and operations teams to monitor product performance.
  • Represent the product in-market, demonstrating ownership of sales team understanding and acting as a conduit between market and HQ.
  • Deeply understand the features of Measurement and Digital advertising products, and promote product operation plans focusing on revenue and performance.
  • Monitor, research, and analyze market data by industry, identifying problems and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams and client solution teams to identify market opportunities and client requirements.
  • Act as the voice of the region in product, synthesizing market insights and collaborating with Product Managers and Global product marketing teams to identify solutions.
  • Provide sales enablement and product training to ensure successful product adoption.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the digital advertising industry, with a focus on product marketing or product management.
  • Strong communication skills, logical thinking ability, good teamwork spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, and commitment.
  • A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis.
  • Proven track record of creating value through strategic product marketing, including developing GTM plans, activation strategies, and market research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience with digital marketing/ad-tech products in the measurement field.
  • Marketing/Data Science experience.
  • SQL, Data Visualization, and reporting experience.
  • Intermediate Portuguese language skills.
