Injury Prevention and Workforce Recovery Specialist

Our organisation is seeking a skilled Professional to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients' return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and counselling to improve mental health and wellbeing, and promote recovery.
- Conduct vocational and psychological assessments to determine vocational needs, psychological capabilities and overall functioning to inform return to work facilitation.
- Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
Requirements:
- Professional registration with relevant regulatory bodies
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Psychology or Counselling
- A current Working with Children Check and willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
