In this role, you will be responsible for managing a broad spectrum of legal affairs, ensuring our operations comply with regulatory frameworks and integrity standards. Your expertise will provide guidance on contract law, commercial agreements, and corporate governance matters.

You will collaborate with various departments to address legal issues proactively, fostering a culture of compliance. You will also conduct legal research, utilising your skills to support informed decision-making, and oversee the development of legal strategies that align with our objectives, driving growth and innovation.

To succeed in this role, you will need a solid background in contract law, corporate governance, and compliance management, honed in a corporate or law firm setting. You should be proficient in problem-solving, equipped with sharp analytical skills and a detail-oriented outlook.

You must have the ability to communicate complex legal information clearly to diverse audiences and adeptly manage multiple tasks, thriving in a dynamic environment that values timely delivery. A commitment to continuous improvement is essential, as you will be expected to seek better ways to serve our organisation.

The estimated salary for this role is around $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
