The Role

The Senior Engineering Manager, APAC ID, is responsible for ongoing support and development of the GBG identity verification platforms in the APAC region (green ID, GBG Trust: Alert & Cloud Check).

The incumbent will lead application operations, support, and maintenance activities for green ID and Cloud Check, both systems 'always on' & cloud-based.

They will also lead new development activities for green ID, GBG Trust: Alert & Cloud Check, and provide vision, own architecture, and technical processes aligning with the Agile/Scrum framework.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engineering leader for APAC's identity verification businesses (green ID, GBG Trust: Alert & Cloudcheck)
  2. Lead application operations, support, and maintenance activities for green ID and Cloud Check
  3. Lead new development activities for green ID, GBG Trust: Alert & Cloud Check
  4. People leadership for the team consisting of a technical architect, software engineers/leads, QA engineers, platform engineers/leads, and business analysts/product owners
  5. Provide vision, own architecture, and technical processes aligning with the Agile/Scrum framework
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced technology leader with exposure to identity verification software as a service system(s) or similar.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable ability in:
