About the Role

Exclaim IT is seeking an experienced Active Directory B2C Engineer to manage and improve our system infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure AD B2C and a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing secure customer identity platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test solutions to enhance and improve existing infrastructure, ensuring they meet business requirements and software development standards.
  • Collaborate with other teams to investigate and resolve complex issues with the operation of infrastructure and infrastructure as code.
  • Define, develop, and document automation technologies to enhance the system's build, test, and deployment capabilities.
  • Assist application development teams with the development and maintenance of DevOps continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

Essential Criteria:

  • Dedication to delivering a secure, always-on customer identity platform with an understanding of Application Insights, Log Analytics, Azure App Services, and Azure API Management.
  • Expertise in Azure AD B2C with proven experience in designing, developing, testing, implementing, and integrating B2C tenants and solutions.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining Azure AD B2C User Flows and Custom Policies.
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve system design weaknesses, troubleshoot, and manage the resolution of issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
