Project Lead for Strategic Reform

This opportunity enables refinement of project and change management skills in service reform and redesign.

The Priority Populations Project Lead will be responsible for the effective and efficient project management of various strategic projects, new models of care and service design that align to the organisation's strategic priorities and improve the integration of services to support children, young people and families from priority populations.

  • Develop, implement, analyse and evaluate policy and project implementation in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising work within an environment of competing priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Build stakeholder partnerships, particularly when working with diverse groups (e.g. clinical teams, patients, carers and external partners).
  • Drive innovation and integration of care alongside senior stakeholders, consumers, and partner agencies with a focus on the reform, strategic design and evaluation of models of care in priority populations for children and young people.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Significant experience in developing, implementing, analysing and evaluating policy and project implementation in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and quality improvement in a health setting.
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop and monitor outcomes.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with high-level influencing, negotiation and facilitation skills and commitment to delivering organisational change.
