  • Foster collaboration and drive business outcomes as an experienced Aged Care Reform Manager.
About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to combine your knowledge of current sector challenges and reforms with your program management skills to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned to the new Aged Care Act.

You will work closely with key stakeholders, including executive leaders, to translate complex regulations into actionable business unit and operational implementation plans.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. End-to-end delivery of projects to support implementation and adoption of the new Aged Care Act and supporting reforms.
  2. Effective leadership and influence to inspire, motivate, and optimise team performance.
  3. Defining and managing stakeholder expectations, aligned with project objectives and deliverables.
  4. Leading change management strategies and plans across projects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the Aged Care Sector.
  • Project Management and/or Change Certification - desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in a project management or change management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale business projects.
  • Strong analytical and change management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
