The role of Strategic Reform Consultant plays a pivotal part in delivering projects to propose strategic solutions for improving resource allocation and efficiency across various government agencies.

As a consultant, you will be responsible for analysing and evaluating government expenditure, organisational structures, and service delivery to identify fiscal sustainability and strategic reform opportunities.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving experience within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in project management and building robust stakeholder relationships
  • Consulting, strategy development, financial due diligence, analysis, or program and policy evaluation
  • Effective communication of complex information, including to senior stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualifications in economics, accounting, finance, law, business, public policy or a related discipline
