EML is a Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business. Our goal is to provide ongoing support during the return-to-work journey for individuals.

The Opportunity

You will make a positive impact on someone's life daily as part of our diverse team. This role suits someone with a public sector background and strong communication skills, who can navigate complex situations and keep people engaged in their return-to-work journey.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-on-one career coaching to workers, tailored to individual goals and circumstances.
  • Guide participants through career transition, job search planning, and skills identification.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
  • Facilitate career management workshops and training sessions as needed.
  • Keep accurate records and contribute to reporting, audits, and quality assurance activities.
  • Provide input on program improvements and share feedback to strengthen service delivery.
About You
  • Experience in career coaching, employment services, recruitment, HR or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Confident working independently and managing a varied caseload.
  • Skilled in guiding individuals through career change and employment transitions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools to support service delivery.
  • Experience in or with the public sector is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of workers compensation legislation across multiple jurisdictions is considered an advantage.
