Our purpose is to bring brands to life, challenging the status quo, inspiring innovation, and putting our customers and team at the forefront of everything we do.

The Opportunity

The Contract Compliance Manager plays a key role in ensuring the Designworks business is conducted within the guidelines of our licensed contracts. This involves ensuring all licensed products approved by licensors at each contractual stage are submitted through the appropriate approval portal, and feedback is delivered to design teams in a timely manner.

  • Follow up with designers, production, and QA to ensure Licensor comments are actioned.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on the License approval process for each license.
  • Brief the team on sending final Licensor samples, including the number of samples and portal login details.
  • Maintain a library of style guides and Licensor portal logins, communicating updates and new guides to relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with licensors on approvals.
  • Maintain and update files to Licensor requirements.
  • Work closely with the Licensing Manager on any approval issues at the Licensor level.
  • Collaborate with planners, account managers, finance, and the Licensing Manager to submit financial and business reports.

Requirements

  • Experience working with licensed brands, contracts, and style guides.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is desirable but not essential.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong communication skills.
  • A team player with problem-solving skills.
