We are currently seeking a Senior Outcomes Researcher to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Outcomes Researcher at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in conducting outcomes research studies, generating real-world evidence, and informing healthcare decision-making to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of outcomes research studies, including retrospective cohort studies, prospective observational studies, and patient-reported outcomes research.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop research protocols, define study objectives, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

Analyze large-scale healthcare databases and real-world data sources to generate insights on treatment effectiveness, healthcare utilization, and economic outcomes.

Interpret and communicate research findings to diverse audiences, including healthcare providers, payers, policymakers, and patients.

Contribute to the development of evidence-based guidelines, health technology assessments, and value dossiers to support market access and reimbursement decisions.

Requirements:

PhD in Epidemiology, Health Services Research, Health Economics, or a related field.

Prior experience in outcomes research, health services research, or a similar role within the healthcare industry, pharmaceutical industry, or academic research setting.

Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, R, STATA) and experience with real-world data analytics and methodologies.

Strong understanding of healthcare systems, epidemiological methods, and health outcomes measurement.

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality research projects on time and within budget.
