Your key responsibilities will include delivering structured training to equip participants with essential skills and knowledge required in this field. This will involve conducting assessments at multiple locations, developing and updating training programs according to industry standards, and upholding Defence Security Practices while supporting diverse learning needs.

You will also be responsible for ensuring fair and quality assessments through validation, all while fostering a supportive learning environment and promoting diversity in your training approach.

  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment and/or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience in the Explosive Ordnance field is crucial
  • Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Suite is essential
  • Previous experience within the Defence and/or logistics industry would be highly advantageous

To be successful in this role, you must hold an appropriate Defence security clearance. As an Australian citizen, you will be eligible to obtain and maintain the necessary clearance.
