**The Role**
The Directorate of Engineering is fast-paced and outcome driven. In this position you will need to be able to rapidly drive solutions and prioritise workloads which are provided directly from the customer. You will plan, implement and review information and records management provisions in order to meet demanding customer requirements and may be involved in the ongoing management of publication management system.

Use initiative and experience to analyse, plan, review and adjust priorities and work activities to meet business outcomes. Undertake objective, systematic analysis and draw accurate conclusions based on evidence providing detailed technical, operational, professional and procedural advice in relation to complex activities.

Possess an understanding of technical publications, records management and database publishing. You will be responsible to provide sound leadership skills.

**About our Team**
The Directorate of Engineering mission is to assure, and assist in ensuring the safety and reliability of Explosive Materiel Branch explosive materiel. An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our specialist Publication Team. The Information and Records Management Officer, will be responsible for the administration management of a technical publications library database. We are seeking an energetic, action oriented person who can lead and deliver a range of information and records management outcomes. You will work in a dynamic team that supports the engineering management systems for Explosive Materiel Branch. You will be required to work with systems across multiple classifications and in a multi-disciplinary environment of military, APS and contractor staff. You will require adaptability and determination to provide information and records management support, guidance and advice.
