This fast-growing healthcare services company designs, develops and builds retirement villages across Australia and New Zealand. They are currently implementing a new contraction management system (Procore) across multiple sites in Melbourne and are seeking a Training Specialist ensure the successful delivery of training and change management as part of the Program.

**Key activities**
- Complete relevant training, certification and induction
- Assess individual and group training needs; maintain individual and group training records
- Develop and deliver training plans relevant to unique user groups
- Plan, prepare and facilitate individual or group training and workshops
- Design, develop, deliver, and manage communications
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Identify effective solutions for business software system issues
- Report common patterns, questions, and other issues to project team
- Identify opportunities for process/procedure improvement and recommend solutions
- Monitor company systems status and report any outages, progress or changes.

**Skills and experience**
- Extensive background delivering end to end training for new systems and business processes across multiple teams and locations
- Experience delivering training in face-to-face environment to a range of stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, coaching and facilitation skills
- Change Management experience
- Strive for excellence and constantly look for ways to exceed expectations
- Exceptional communication and engagement skills with a strong customer focus
- Experience with Procure or other construction management systems highly regarded
