Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR queries from business leaders and employees.

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the HR Manager to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Development of a new intranet platform and its content updates.
- Review and update company policies and procedures to ensure alignment with best practices.
- Creation of HR reports utilizing Excel, primarily for data analysis and insights.
