About the Role

As a Human Resources Officer, you will drive key HR functions and operations while managing one direct report. Your role will involve conducting meetings with various levels of employees, building positive relationships and trust through hands-on presence, and consulting with management on HR matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct meetings with various levels of employees to foster open communication and collaboration.
  • Build strong relationships and trust through active engagement and empathy.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice on HR matters to management and staff.
  • Develop and implement effective performance management processes that align with business goals.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding, to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality hires.
  • Offer proactive support, guidance, and advice to staff members to enhance their productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that support business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Human Resources with at least 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Availability to work from our office location.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Initiative and innovative approach to tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Calm and friendly demeanor to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
