Role Summary

A dynamic Contract HR Advisor is required to support day-to-day HR activity within a large ASX listed business. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for HR queries, providing essential support to both employees and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison for HR-related inquiries from business leaders and employees.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including performance management, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
