Live Entertainment Booking Coordinator

Key Role:
A highly skilled Booking Manager is required to oversee the Festival Hall calendar, ensuring accuracy and maximum venue utilisation. This dynamic role will involve strategic scheduling with event development, guaranteeing Festival Hall remains one of the city's premier live entertainment destinations.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years' experience in venue booking or live entertainment, ideally within a similar environment. Strong relationship management skills are essential for fostering partnerships with promoters, clients, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars and negotiating agreements.
- Developing special events that align with organisational goals and audience demand.
- Building relationships with promoters, agents, and clients to drive bookings.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Supporting negotiations on venue hire agreements and contractual terms.
- Overseeing settlement processes with finance and venue teams.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. They will be comfortable using venue management systems and Microsoft Office, and have a genuine passion for the music and entertainment industry.
