Ecommerce Data Feeds Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Data Feeds Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our clients' online shopping channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Feed Configuration and Mapping: Configure and map attributes from various files, including delimited and XML files, custom scripts API-based platform integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Feed Quality Assessment: Assess the quality of feeds, identify discrepancies or causes for delay, and implement corrective measures to maintain data integrity.
  • Project Scope Establishment: Establish project scope during onboarding, identify and prioritize additional services and requests from clients, and communicate effectively to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Data Feed Optimization: Implement best practices to build product feeds, optimize, modify, sort, and filter mass quantities of product data into usable product listings.
  • Export Setup: Set up exports to various E-Commerce shopping channels, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Feed Review and Grading: Review feeds before sending to QA, conduct a thorough Excel dump review, and utilize FeedGraderTM to ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with various E-Commerce shopping channels and affiliate networks to gain clarity on specific feed requirements, fostering strong relationships and effective collaboration.
  • Platform Integration and Troubleshooting: Install and troubleshoot Feedonomics platform integrations to import data, resolve issues, and ensure data integrity.
  • Reporting and Collaboration: Report and collaborate with Product and Development teams on platform enhancements, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
