Job Title: Ecommerce Acceleration Specialist
As an Ecommerce Acceleration Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal team in the execution of performance marketing channels, particularly Paid Search, Shopping & Product Feeds across their allocated client sets. Your primary goal will be to ensure that allocated clients are following best-in-class practices, not just channel implementation but additional processes such as forecasting and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality control of implementation to guarantee that allocated clients adhere to industry benchmarks.
  • Help problem-solve/troubleshoot implementation issues and improve client performance to exceed client KPIs.
  • Assist the Performance Director to develop the company's performance marketing product offering in line with industry standards and setting the standard for best practice implementation across new and emerging channels.
  • Manage a team of junior performance marketers who carry out the implementation and account manage clients.
  • Be involved in the account management of 2-3 tier 1 clients.
  • Actively stay up-to-date with new performance marketing content trends and platform updates.
  • Prepare new business proposals to showcase strategic thinking, best practice approach, and product offering.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing implementation in an agency environment.
  • At least 1 year of ecommerce implementation across Performance Marketing channels.
  • A background in developing relationships with both internal and client-side stakeholders at various levels.
  • Advanced knowledge of key platforms: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre, and DSPs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of line management experience.
  • Experience pitching for new business.
