About Galintel

We are seeking a part-time permanent Despatch Clerk to support our ongoing growth.

This position is based in Derrimut, VIC and involves scheduling and booking transport for deliveries and pickups of Weldlok and Galintel products.

The successful candidate will ensure all despatch dockets and consignment notes are accurate, perform clerical duties related to the movement of goods locally and interstate, and provide customer support over the phone and face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and booking transport for deliveries and pickups
  • Ensuring accuracy of despatch dockets and consignment notes
  • Performing clerical duties related to the movement of goods
  • Providing customer support

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar customer service role
  • Exposure to Pronto or similar software
  • Previous experience in Building &/or Construction industry highly regarded
  • Trade certificates and/or Tertiary Qualifications well regarded
  • Rights to work in Australia
