A permanent full-time Governance Support Officer role is available based in Gingin, Western Australia.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver corporate governance functions under the guidance of a Coordinator. This involves providing support across council processes, statutory compliance, meeting administration, and records management.
  • Maintain agendas and minutes, ensure organisational compliance with relevant legislation and policies, and provide coverage for Records Management when required.

Requirements
  • Assist in delivering governance functions, prepare agendas and minutes, maintain governance registers, and ensure organisational compliance.
  • Support elected members and manage council processes, statutory compliance, meeting administration, and records management.
