Cuscal Limited is seeking a talented Domain Engineering Manager to join our Enterprise Technology Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving technology strategies across the domain and ensuring alignment with our company's strategic objectives.

In this role, you will partner with other Practice Leaders to define and execute technology strategies, investigate and adopt new technologies, and ensure that the most appropriate toolkits are readily available to facilitate efficient delivery and operational support.

You will also be responsible for encouraging a culture of innovation and agility, providing clear processes and tool access for engineers to support the rapid prototyping of product ideas and features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Solution Architects to define patterns and reference architectures
  • Investigate and adopt new technologies to improve processes and reduce costs
  • Ensure toolkits are available for efficient delivery and operational support
  • Encourage innovation and agility, and provide processes and tool access for engineers
  • Monitor and generate reports on system health, capacity, and performance
