About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domain Lead to join our Tech Enterprise and Transformation tribe at ING Bank (Australia) Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the technology strategy for our KYC, AML & Fraud domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of technology strategy for the KYC, AML & Fraud domain.
  • Oversee complex projects with moderate to high impact, ensuring reliability, security, and performance of critical IT assets.
  • Build high-performing teams with high levels of engagement and effective engineering practices.
  • Manage performance of external suppliers/partners and ensure contractors and offshore team members share ING's values and way of working.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in banking/investment technology strategy development and execution.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading financial services technology teams, with prior knowledge in KYC, Fraud, and AML preferred.
  • Knowledge of automation of operations processes and workflows is an added advantage.
  • Experience in management & negotiation of large vendor commercial contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Technology Risk Frameworks, service management tooling, public cloud technologies, and application migration.
  • Experience with Distributed Agile Delivery (onshore/offshore).
