Electrical Foreman Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our site personnel and subcontractors. The successful candidate will oversee the coordination of site activities, ensuring quality work and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate site operations, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Lead by example, positively influencing team performance and productivity.
  • Plan, assign, and schedule work for electricians and helpers, prioritizing tasks and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular inspections, supervise hazardous work, and maintain equipment and supplies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Estimate costs, manage records, and submit reports to stakeholders, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Enforce safety regulations and train personnel on equipment operation, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Current Electrical Fitter Mechanic QLD Licence is mandatory.
  • Manual C Class Car License with a clean driving history is required.
  • EWP & Safe working at heights for above 11m certification is necessary.
  • Open Cablers Licence with structured cabling endorsement is desirable but not essential.
