Job Title: Mail Center Manager

About the Job

i Postal1 is seeking a professional and upbeat individual to work in their brand new Sydney location.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we expand into a new market.
  • You will be responsible for receiving mail, scanning it into software, and filing it appropriately.
  • You will also handle customer inquiries via phone and in person, provide assistance with retrieving mail, and perform other customer service duties as needed.

Requirements
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential mail with discretion
  • Results-oriented and strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in an office coordinator role with an emphasis on customer service
