Job Description

- Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic direction and delivery of People & Culture services tailored to the unique needs of this business unit.
  • HR partnering with a broad range of leaders on workforce planning, talent, and leadership development.
  • Leading People & Culture initiatives that support frontline community programs and enhance employee experience, safety, and service delivery.
  • Coach and enable geographically dispersed managers through change and transformation.
  • Drive organisational change, track HR metrics, manage IR matters, and ensure compliance.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience leading HR functions (at least 10 years) with relevant HR or IR qualifications.
  • Experience in community services, not-for-profit or multi-site organisations (advantageous).
  • Strong background in the development of tailored HR programs that add value.
  • Demonstrated experience in industrial relations including EA negotiations and union engagement.
  • Proven success in driving change, building leadership capability, and delivering practical, values-aligned HR solutions.
