  • Champion structural and cultural transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with policy, timely execution, and effective communication across stakeholder groups.
Requirements
  • 15+ years' experience in strategic HR business partnering within complex organisations.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and influencing capabilities.
  • Commercial acumen, collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-impact outcomes.
