Senior Corporate Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team.
- This is a senior corporate commercial role that involves working on intellectually stimulating corporate and commercial work in the Media, Music & Entertainment industry.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in structuring and establishing media and entertainment businesses, private M&A within this sector, transactional, licensing and publishing advice involving IP rights, advising shareholders and directors on strategic and legal matters, copyright infringement matters, and contractual disputes.
- A passion for the entertainment industry is essential, as well as a strong understanding of corporate law.
- Experienced lawyers can transition from other sectors such as energy and mining.

- Strong experience in structuring and establishing media and entertainment businesses.
- Private M&A within this sector.
