Dynamic Speech Pathologist for NDIS Child and Family Team in Sydney

Everyday Independence is a dynamic organisation committed to changing the game for people with disabilities. We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants in the child and family team in Sydney and surrounding areas.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary package, including attractive remuneration based on experience, plus additional benefits such as vehicle options, laptop, phone, and performance and loyalty bonuses.
About The Role
- You will work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres, utilizing an evidence-based measurement tool and your skills in assessment to create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech pathology.
- You will be part of an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals, working together to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
- As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you will build meaningful relationships with the participants and their supports (family, carers, friends) and attend weekly team meetings to share stories of impact, coffee and laughs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Speech Pathology.
- SPA Registration.
- A positive and flexible approach to work.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
- Valid driver's license.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- Working with Children's Check.
