The Role

This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with NDIS participants, providing life-changing speech pathology services. As a member of our team, you will be working in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centers.

  • You will utilize an evidence-based measurement tool and your skills in assessment to create therapy plans and provide support to participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
  • Work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals.
  • Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
  • Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub, sharing stories of impact, coffee, and laughs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology.
  • SPA Registration.
  • A positive and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Working with Children's Check.
