Job Title: Guest Room Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean guestrooms to a high standard of quality, paying attention to detail and ensuring a clean and attractive environment for guests.
  • Complete pre-cleaning duties, including restocking supplies and setting up linen.
  • Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways, keeping public areas tidy.
  • Restock housekeeping carts for the next day and replenish cleaning chemicals as needed.
  • Report any missing items or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Handle lost and found items according to established procedures.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • The ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently is required.
  • The ability to stand throughout the shift is essential.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
