Role Summary

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Guest Room Attendants.

  • Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within allocated hours.
  • Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and products with full training to ensure effective and safe use.
  • Develop strong, professional relationships with fellow staff members, guests, and contractor personnel to support a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Guest Room Attendants will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring all guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, including changing linens, towels, and amenities.
  2. Restocking amenities and supplies as needed.
  3. Responding to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  4. Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
