Project Director Role

We seek an accomplished and ambitious project director to oversee the management of commercial projects in Newcastle, Australia.

About the Job
  • Develop and implement programs aligned with industry standards.
  • Carry out site inspections, establish testing procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Provide regular reporting on progress and performance.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to occupational health and safety protocols.
  • Induct subcontractors on site ensuring seamless integration.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by meeting expectations and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience working on commercial projects with proven leadership skills.
  • Highly motivated and ambitious individual with drive and passion for leading teams.
  • Confident and able to deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to build strong relationships.
  • Positive attitude and confidence to make informed decisions.
  • Effective management approach with focus on team development.
