We are seeking an experienced leader to manage large-scale projects in the Newcastle region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project resources and structure for efficient implementation
  • Lead balance of plant elements, managing program, budget, and resources

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure timely, high-quality, and on-budget project delivery
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience managing full lifecycle construction programs
  • Site-based experience as a Site or Construction Manager in renewables or construction
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced environments
  • Civil and/or electrical knowledge
  • Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
  • A strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance
