A reputable commercial builder with a strong presence in Sydney and regional markets is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for taking full ownership of projects, overseeing site activities, and delegating tasks as necessary. You will have direct experience working on high-profile commercial/retail projects exceeding $10 million and a distinguished portfolio.

  • Developing comprehensive programs and adhering to building code standards
  • Sites Inspections, establishment, and testing
  • Daily and monthly reporting
  • Occupational Health & Safety management
  • Subcontractor site inductions
  • Client relations
  • Managing onsite issues
  • Delivering projects within agreed timeframes and contract requirements
Requirements
