  • Provide strategic litigation support to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Support Traditional Owners in asserting their native title rights.
  • Assist in negotiating agreements for mining, energy and renewable energy activities.

Key Responsibilities:

">Native Title Claims:">

Collaborate with professionals from diverse disciplines to provide expert advice and representation.

">Land Rights Claims:">

Deliver legal advice and support to Traditional Owners in negotiating agreements.

">Administrative and Environmental Advice:">

Provide expertise in property law, native title, or environmental law to drive impactful outcomes.

">Requirements">
  • A current practice certificate in an Australian jurisdiction.
  • At least 2 years post-admission experience in legal practice.
  • C Class Drivers Licence and willingness to undertake remote travel.
